Which shipping service do you use?

By default, orders are shipped out via USPS (United States Postal Service), both for domestic and international shipments. UPS or FedEx service is more expensive and is available upon request.

Some countries only support delivery through UPS or FedEx. In such cases a separate invoice will be issued via email upon your agreement on delivery option.


What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed via PayPal, meaning 100% secure transactions. It is not necessary to have your own PayPal account, as PayPal accepts most of credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Though, if you have your PayPal account, checkout process will be even easier.


Can I track my order online?

Yes, in most cases. We will provide you with tracking number or delivery confirmation for berimbau, verga and cabaça orders. You may also request to add tracking to other items.


What if my order is lost or delayed?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Even if the order was not insured, you may still be eligible for full refund for the damaged items, and in any event you should be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement. Please note that document processing by shipping carrier may take 1-3 months. Please read the details below.

International shipments (outside the United States):

Please check the procedures with the shipping carrier in your country as rules and regulations vary. At worst, you may need to witness the fact of damage at the shipping company office prior to signing for your package. In other cases, you would need to provide the damaged item along with carton and packing materials for the carrier's inspection.

What if my berimbau looks different than the photo on the web site?

Slight color variations in appearance are normal due to using natural materials. Insignificant construction changes are also possible, as we reserve the right to make some changes and improvements in design if they do not significantly change product characteristics.
